The group of the students of the International department of management spent nearly 2 weeks in Germany. It became possible thanks to a grant which won the Center of the international cooperation of the IDM for the German program of the academic exchanges of DAAD "Familiarizing students' trips to Germany".

- The trip to Germany was colorful and unforgettable! Daily visit of universities in the different cities of Bavaria, acquaintance to foreign students, excursions in Neuschwanstein Castle and the Museum BMW - the best memories! I plunged into other reality which once was still a dream. Many thanks to the Center of the International Cooperation of the IDM for wonderful moments in Germany!

The team of our students at the moment is in the country of tulips - the Netherlands. They are trained at the "Fontys International Business School", study marketing and management. Here that they speak about the first impressions, about training, culture of the country, opportunities and difficulties of such training:

- I am studying the international management and marketing. We have very interesting teachers with a vast experience of work in the different international companies and their practical experience is a basis of our occupations. We learn how to think quickly, accurately and independently. Lessons are rather dialogue. And dialogues here, naturally, in English. Everything is very interesting. It is a lot of new acquaintances, friends from all over the world. Communication in the international companies it is always very interesting.

At present I am training at the second year by the program of "Double degree diplomas". During this time I have already had the semester of the master degree at Tomsk State University, and also went for 2 weeks training in Geneva (Switzerland).

First of all: this program is interesting to me by the possibility of obtaining the European diploma passing the most part of training in Tomsk State University and actually defending only one thesis. That significantly saves time. And it also would allow to increase significantly the level of English, to get useful acquaintances in the European business sphere, and also to acquire knowledge from very successful experts in the spheres of the European management.

In practice all above told forecasts were confirmed. During 2 weeks training I studied not only a small course of lectures in English that noticeably affected its level. Teachers besides the academic degrees and wide teaching experience are remarkable that in the areas they received not only rich baggage of knowledge, but also an extensive experience. Among our teachers were the directors of the Swiss banks, managing directors of investment packages, directors of PR of agencies, managers of the largest consulting firms. But most of all I was surprised pleasantly so by it: individual approach to each student. Including a goal-setting and creation of tasks based on desires and abilities of the student. Besides teachers and administration of the Geneva Academic Center promote implementation of objectives offering the help by means of administration communications.

The situation in which the students lived was most favorable and left only pleasant impressions. The accommodation conditions and the city can be told only excellent impressions. The last surprised with the beauty and rationality.

Besides great ammount of the new knowledge, the first trip was summed up by new acquaintances in the European business sphere, prospects of employment and even experience in the company producing watches of a luxury class. In conclusion I would like to recommend strongly to try the program "Double Diplomas" to the students.
